"Would you like to load a list of popular stations" prompt is shown on every startup.
Steps to reproduce
Start Quodlibet and play some of my fave stations (those are present)
Expected Output
Given that both the non-fav list and my favorites have stations in them, I would expect no prompt to load more.
Actual Output
The "Would you like to load...." prompt shows every time I start QL.

4.6.0

If it's audio-related, what back-end?
Not audio related.
Additional Information
I think this behavior started with 4.6.0, but I am not 100% sure; backdating to an older version is troublesome for dependency reasons.
