You most likely have some other chatgpt extension(s) that are interfering with WebChatGPT. Try disabling all other extensions and see if the problem goes away.

Currently, prompt templates are stored using the [sync storage system](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Add-ons/WebExtensions/API/storage/sync) which limits total size of all prompt templates to 8KB, or ~4000 eng words in total.
