Document beliefs and values
- Document values. For each value, the opposite must also be true. Pick a side that differentiates from competitors. a. "Integrity" is not a value because no one else's value is "lying." b. "Move fast and break things" is a value because "go slow and keep the platform online" is also a value.
- Document motivational/philosophical beliefs. This should not be a pitch for the product. Nobody reads to be advertised to.
- Using this, answer the question: What gap in the market is being met?
