Prototype for a combined Quirrel client

At the moment, every Framework has it's own quirrel/* client. This PR is an experiment in joining these into one combined client, that dynamically detects the framework that's used based on the arguments it's passed, and acts accordingly.

It currently supports frameworks with a Lambda-like API (Redwood, Netlify) and Next-like API (Next, Vercel).
