Move Trigger section underneath Data section

The general structure of section 6 is to walk through the common fields of Event. We say:

While this "trigger" field could be a property of the qlog Event itself, it is instead a property of the "data" field instead.

Therefore, it seems more logical to move it underneath the Data section
