Got exception if file does not exist

Describe the bug I try to set the FileName property if the file does not exist, I got an exception.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set FileName as a not existing file.

Expected behavior I won't get any exception and the control raise a Failed event.
