Publish our experimental build on a different image.

Right now I keep pollution quickwit/quickwit with my qw-fulmicoton-experiment tags. In particular, it overrides the latest tag.

We should publish those under a different tag, using a different prefix scheme.

We no longer override the latest image for qw-* tags. I fixed it yesterday.

I think you meant different image, for instance quickwit/quickwit-dev:fulmicoton-123?
