Is offset for Australia/Sydney Correct?

Current offset is UTC+11, but Google says it's UTC+10

This is because the picker automatically adjusts the offset during daylight savings in timezones that adjust their time during the summer. During the winter it's UTC+10, during the summer it's UTC+11.
