[Feature Request] Changing icon theme on the fly

Hi there! I've been working on a theme switcher for my Quickshell setup, and I thought it would be great if I could assign different icon themes to each theme. I know it’s possible to set the icon theme using the QS_ICON_THEME environment variable, but I was wondering if it would be possible to support live reloading of it, not by reloading the entire shell, but in a way similar to how FileView can update variables dynamically by reading a JSON.
