QL chokes on old archive for cl-flow

Not sure this is the right repo to file a bug against.

I see that releases.txt has

cl-flow http://beta.quicklisp.org/archive/cl-flow/2022-07-07/cl-flow-stable-git.tgz 7297 a7327a90e7ed318dacd05f4e088666f8 a460a382619e0a1ce0257aa6bb79db0290c34e7d cl-flow-stable-git cl-flow.asd

but the file has a different size (also no version in its name), so it looks like the copy in my archives/ directory was out-of-date, and indeed when I remove that file, quicklisp works again. So, probably the bug is that the filename has no version?

Akshully, there were 42 other files named *-stable-git.tgz in my archives/ and after choking on cl-muth instead of cl-flow, I deleted them all.
