Relocate trivial-open-browser project.

please relocate the trivial-open-browser project. The original repository has been archived and is no longer maintained. I contacted the author, Fernando Borretti, by email if it is okay for him when I take over the maintenance, but I got no response. So, I presume he doesn't care.

He archived almost all his Common Lisp projects (including trivial-open-browser) on 7 january 2025.

I guess that is a form of feedback...
