cl-treesitter provides complete bindings to libtree-sitter along with a garbage collected API, I find it useful for making extensions to Lem and it is also good for linting/analyzing code.

NOTE: This only builds on Linux right now which may disqualify it from being in Quicklisp, I welcome any Windows users willing to help.

added brief descriptions to ASD file, should pass tests now hopefully

The issue for me is the availability of the library in my version of Debian, I'll try to make it work.
