This is a tiny system that implements common OOP patterns on top of CLOSER-MOP. It is a partial duplicate of the functionality of tfeb-lisp-hax. The duplicate has been made because tfeb-lisp-hax chooses to lazily load its closer-mop dependency in a way that does not play nicely with the build process of quilc and qvm.
