Hi, I would like to add my HTML rendering library to Quicklisp

Any feedback on this? Understandable if we just have too many HTML generators.

canbuild label indicates this will most likely be added to the next Quicklisp dist, unfortunately there has not yet been a new one since 29 october 2023, due to ongoing delays.

Consider adding it to Ultralisp meanwhile.

(Ultralisp seems temporarily down, this is rare, could you look into this @svetlyak40wt?)

It is on Ultralisp already, but thanks, didn't realize we haven't had a new QL dist in so long.
