Please add Hyperlattices

Hyperlattices is a type-class library implementing Posets and Generalized Lattices. This includes the more general algebraic lattices and their sub-classes, as well as the proper subset of periodic/group-theoretic lattices necessary to implement lattice-codes, homomorphic encryption, and crystalline structures.

Probabilistic Lattices and Hyperlattices in particular make ideal machine learning models, so this library will be a dependency of FMCS and Babylon in a future release as my principal strategy for integrating Connectionist AI with Symbolic AI approaches within the same Generative AI toolset.
