Please add FMCS and Babylon

I've restored Jürgen Walther's FMCS demonic metaprogramming and Babylon AI Workbench systems from the CMU AI Repository. They were bundled together, but I've split them into their own ASDF systems for the sake of usability.

In keeping with the license of the original source-code for versions 2.2 and 2.3, I've released these libraries under the MIT License.
