How to move projects to an organisation?

There is a few projects I have in quicklisp which I would like to handover to an organisation (a GitHub organisation), which implies a change in project's upstream and potentially in its name. What's the best way to approach this?

I would also consider maintaining a secondary quicklisp archive to make this in a concern, and I saw people doing this, but I am not sure where to find directions about preparing the archive? There is a few quicklisp-dist* repos around here and they look very yummy but I am not too sure about how to use them.
