Please package tagged releases of anaphora, not git snapshots

As the new maintainer, I'm tagging releases of anaphora again, so could you switch to pulling tagged releases rather than just HEAD? Thanks.

Quick ping. I would like to update anaphora in Debian but it is best not to do that until the versioning scheme is updated over here. Thanks.

I just updated it to use the latest github tag. The new Quicklisp release will be in the next few days.
