Please change cl-syntax's url to https://github.com/lisp-maintainers/cl-syntax since m2ym/cl-syntax has been archived.

The manner in which trivial-types stopped ignoring element-type in (proper-list &optional element-type) necessitated a small fix to cl-syntax. This fix has been implemented at lisp-maintainers/cl-syntax.

Is there any preference for how trivial-types and cl-syntax should move forward? The original issue of breaking cl-syntax's dependents should be resolved with the currently proposed versions of both.
