Arduino library

Create Arduino library to take care of:

• Detecting the app on the network
• Connection
• Initialising device ID from the app and saving it to EEPROM
• Contain a data model for the arduino and sensors
• Telling the app about the Arduino's settings (number of sensors, their type and units of measurement, Min / Max, etc.)
• Telling the app if the Arduino has a cliok
• Setting Clock Time
• sending data updates
