Commits 65ab6e93a5cd805c70a9da5d0eb3821267061f02, 8cb29a428e47fd6523dde1d6524196aafc0b4448, and b2927b227199d981da7da45ec9a841dc5e77283f polished our Debian package sources, preparing it for downstreaming.

I think they removed it because they seem to have an unlisted 20 week rule. (I didn't see it, but they tell this guy it exists). https://lists.debian.org/debian-mentors/2014/07/msg00300.html
