crash on YUV12ToRGB_lastthread

When the input and output are both 3840x2160 in size, YUV12ToRGB_lastthread function will crash.

@SahinMjks I was testing this function on sm8550(LE system). The input data used was 4K NV12 image data, and the output size was also 4K. Then a problem occurred.

What is the model you are using ? What is the QIDK solution you are referring to ? Can you upload artifacts for us to check and get back ?
