about centos version

When i try to install aimet on centos7, there are many dependence problems. Maybe aimet is more suitable for centos8? @mohanksriram @Rohan-Chaudhury @aimetci @quic-bharathr @quic-mangal

Hi @huxian0402 apologies for the delayed response. Currently only the Ubuntu environment is supported as documented in our requirements: https://github.com/quic/aimet/blob/develop/packaging/docker_install.md#requirements
