ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'torch.nn._VF'

Hello, I try to install aimet-torch-1.16.2-cpu with python3.6 on ubuntu 18.04, but when run from aimet_torch.quantsim import QuantizationSimModel, an error occurs, "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'torch.nn._VF' ". So a bug in aimet-torch-1.16.2-cpu?
