Clarity of the images lost

Using this Qbimagepickercontroller i am adding multiple photos to my project. For the first time the image picker Photo gallery is looks fine. When i add for the seconf time the gallery images look thumnail preview which don't have any clarity. Why this happens.. I am doing this in swift. Hoping anyone reply for this thanks.. :)
