Should we accept AbstractDict in @vlplot and vlplot?

In the meantime, one can always directly pass a dict to VLSpec, right? At least for experts that should cover some of the scenarios, right?

I think it covers a large portion as that's enough if you have a full spec. But I think it would be nice to support Dict as a fragment.
