Bump dependencies for e2e

There are a number of Dependabot PR's out there, and this is an attempt to fix them at the source but upgrading the e2e tests.

Interestingly I discovered that the /frontend does NOT have a yarn.lock file!

So after upgrading, when I run the tests I get some extra warnings, that don't fail the test in anyway, but maybe should be dealt with... Maybe as part of this???
