Add custom keyboard shortcuts to the options dialog

Custom keyboard shortcuts can be registered through the properties file directly, however there's no interface to do so from within Quelea.

This issue extends the work done in the following PR by @ArvidNy: https://github.com/quelea-projection/Quelea/pull/318
