Container does not run in windows because of /tmp/.X1-lock

When I try to run my container in docker(Windows 10) for the second time it gives me : Warning: 4672a8bf2a00:1 is taken because of /tmp/.X1-lock Remove this file if there is no X server 4672a8bf2a00:1 A VNC server is already running as :1

The first time I installed chrome and opera, but then I could not run any more

Can you help me, please!
