I'd say so, now that we're tracking this in the linter!

After further research into UC browser, I now believe that we should not add it to BCD. UC Browser is filled with ads which makes me question the browser's goals....

This list has shrunken even further, so I think that what remains is probably accurate -- as such, I'm going to close this issue.

I just closed my similar PR that adds a more generic `upstream_version` property due to low interest. I'm thinking that we should close this one as well.
