adding check for pods that do not specify a tag (PROJQUAY-6836)

Currently fails to generate report if neither a tag or digest is specified. This was to due previously reading the image from containerStatus.Image which added :latest if not tag was specified. Since we moved to reading from the container vs containerStatus :latest may not be present and now has to be accounted for.
