Add ALIAS to the DB SCHEMA

I noticed some advisories contain the ALIASES https://ossf.github.io/osv-schema/#aliases-field

could this be added to the VULN schema ? (I can work on it, just asking if this is the right way of adding aliases) Edit: I am realizing this is for OSV only - I do not see an existing column that would fit that need
