Borders not appearing correctly

The tooltip isn't displaying correctly. I've reproduced the bug with just the default SwiftUI app. For context, I'm on iOS 16.

Defiantly a problem for me too. I realize that this is an older post, but is this something that will be fixed in an update? I recently just pulled the newest version down so I'm just how seeing the problem for myself. If anything, I could fix it on my fork and PR it, but man what a hassle.
