Qinput mask does not allow to use number if numbers are within prefix mask

Hi,

I use input with phone mask and mask value begins country or city code. For example +1 123 ### ## ## after that qinput does not allow [1,2,3] in input.

Note: if first number not in [1,2,3] qinput allows input after this number.
