Default expand button in resource view is useless/annoying (Not exactly a bug)

This small button to expand the resource is way too small and basically unclick-able. And on touch screen it is basically impossible to use.

Even with some extra CSS work it is still useless.

The expand action should be triggered when clicking/tapping the text as well, and the button should be like it was in version 3.
