Full screen applicationsand games not captured

Describe the bug I try to see game on screen in my game club, but i see only white screen. Please fix it in next release.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start any fullscreen game on client.
2. Try to see remote screen.
3. Say:"I is sad"

Expected behavior I want to see screen with fullscreen game.

System

• Server OS: Windows 10
• Client OS: Windows 10
• Server installed .NET Framework version: 4.8
• Client installed .NET Framework version: 4.5.2/4.6
• Quasar Version: 1.4.0
• Build configuration: Release

Additional context If application is maximazed to fullscreen, quasar show it, but in games it's not work P. S. Please sorry for my english.
