Can I run Quasar on ReactOS?

Sorry, this is a question rather than an issue.

Since ReactOS is a Windows-like operating system that uses Windows APIs, I believe it is possible. ReactOS is an end-user solution but I want it az a system administrator. What would be the barriers I would have to overcome?

I've never used ReactOS before, but the first barrier would be to check if .NET Framework 4.0 can be installed on ReactOS. After successful installation you can run Quasar and check if the functionality is working as intended by controlling your own PC via localhost.

Here is some information I've found regarding frameworks on ReactOS, unfortunately it's not mentioned if the listed frameworks are supported or not.

Please tell the results and if you encountered any problems, I'm interested in it.

.NET Framework 4.0 can be installed on the latest version of the ReactOS, I have tested the QuasarRAT server and client are not able to run. After clicking, it will quickly exit, without any exception, but some .NET 4.0 programs can be run, I do not know it is the problem of ReactOS, or the question of.NET or the problem of QuasarRAT......
