template for CEUR-WS

(Most of the info is copied from https://github.com/rstudio/rticles/issues/501) https://ceur-ws.org is an important publisher for Open-Access Proceedings of Computer Science Workshops.

The official CEUR-WS Latex templates (https://ceur-ws.org/Vol-XXX/) are based on single-column LNCS:

I'll try to create a quarto template. I'm using these as examples:

I was just looking for the same. Do you have any draft to build? Not having used quarto templates before (but quarto in general), should I better way for your input or start from scratch?

hi @nichtich ! Connect to me on linkedin to do this together. I've collected the above examples and started copy-pasting in monkey-fashion... But I can't put together 3-4h to do it :-(
