GDB command window not closing after app exit

As the title says. After your program exits, the GDB Command input is not closed, like the rest of SublimeGDB spawned windows.

A bit frustrating pressing ESC each time.

Awesome plugin btw, saves me a ton of time. Hope development is still alive, Many thanks!
