provide an easy way to improve translations

Description

My idea its to add a button to any guide/page who will open a editable version of the guide/page, like this:

Something like a form with the locale combobox selector somewhere on the page, when selected the current version of the translation its showed on the correspondent field for edition. when submitted the " system " generate a pr here waiting for review/merge/etc.

Considerations

• I have no idea how to implement this on Jekyll, i've searched and not found a plugin for this
• the text on the button can, maybe, be the logo for translation used in wikipedia ( i'm not a designer sorry )
• obviously. english is not my first or second language, sorry not sorry =)
