resteasy-reactive-virtual-threads.adoc should not use default prerequisites

Describe the bug The guide uses the default prerequisites which state "JDK 11+ installed with JAVA_HOME configured appropriately" This should be "java19+" in this case. This is of course explained in the guide itself, but I was surprised a bit at first.
