This PR contains an undesired change with the version change.

I'm not sure the port is incorrect btw? Looks like we have the same later in the document.

Could you explain your rationale?

@gsmet I'm revamping quickstarts to use DevServices, eliminating the need for Docker CLI. This can be closed.
