Display transitive extensions

When you select an extension, it may depend on other extensions. It could be nice to display them in another colour.

This can wait until after the first release.

I like the idea but would not show it by default in the list. It's already quite noisy.

Or at least not show what is otherwise hidden in the list.

we could just show the list of transitives extensions (in italic with a tooltip) in the shopping cart..
