Provide documentation to deploy the operator using a deployment

There is only a documentation to deploy the operator using OLM which is not the most common way to deploy an operator in a Kubernetes cluster.

It would be great to provide documentation to deploy it via a simple Deployment resource.

A documentation to deploy it via Helm would also be a good idea.
