No alarms for all-day events during quiet time

At the moment, if a notification is due during the quiet time, no sound is played and the LED start blinking at midnight. On my phone the LED is very bright and this is disturbing. I would appreciate an option, where I also can turn off the LED for all-day event during quiet time.

I am aware of the "Ignore all-day events" (#236), but as far as I understand it, this option turns off all notifications for all-day events.I still want to be reminded of these events at the end of the quiet time. Why? All my birthday reminders are all-day events...
