OpenFermion Hamiltonian from FCIDUMP file.

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to obtain an OpenFermion-supported Hamiltonian from an FCIDUMP file? I'm aware that this can be done in PySCF, although I couldn't find anything that would enable this in OpenFermion. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
