Frame rates drop to 20 or lower when start recording

Hi, thanks for this great project. But i realised one issue with the recording. During preview of video, the frame rate shown is 30fps, but when i start recording (regardless of the resolution chosen) the frame rate drops to 20fps or below. The video recorded is laggy/not smooth. How can i prevent that?

You can use MediaCodec H264 to do it. I think is is faster. Good lucky
