Output types cleanup; RunContext; expose more serialization methods

Some of these changes are necessary for GUCEM; others are cleanups.

The main change here that leaks outside of squiggle-lang internals here is that SqValueContext now doesn't contain the reference to the project.

Instead, there's a new type RunContext, which contains parameters that were used to create the output, and it's stored in SqValueContext. It's also stored in SqOutput, under SqOutput.raw.context.
