User-specific editor settings

It would be nice to have a VIM editor mode, and also allow formatting on save.

Maybe user settings could be done with some user-specific JSON/Squiggle file :)

On that note, organization-specific dotfiles could be really neat :)

Could also look through VS Code's settings for ideas.
