Enable item nesting more than two levels.

Current behavior

If a note nests items more than two levels, it can't be uploaded to Notion, due to limitations with Notion API. Notion will throw an error if I try to do this.

Ideal behavior

Allow users to nest items (bulleted list, enumerated list, etc.) more than two levels.
